- I am looking for a SINGLE person! No children, no partners and no friends, I only rent to one person! And I don't make contracts.
Preferably a GIRL, who works, who doesn't smoke, who is clean, responsible and respectable, good-natured, who likes animals because:
-I have two cats, therefore I do not accept more animals.
Quiet area, quiet and respectful neighbors, so the same is asked.
-INCLUDES electricity, water, gas and internet expenses. And an additional € 5 is put in a jar for common cleaning products for the apartment.
I have Netflix, Amazon Prime. To watch on the living room TV + kitchen TV.
-1 month's deposit is requested. It can be divided into 2 parts if you suggest a month one part the next another part completing the deposit of € 440 total.
- 2 minutes walk away are the buses that go down to Madrid and the surrounding areas of Alcorcón.
- opposite the Mercadona and supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, etc. You can check what is around by GPS.
