Looking for a responsible, impeccably clean person (I'm very particular about this) and, ideally, a hard worker. The apartment is to be shared with me and my small dog. Animal lovers are essential. Pets are welcome for an extra fee, and we need to discuss this as my dog is a bit particular. The apartment is very well-connected to public transport; many bus lines run along the street, and there's a hospital, supermarkets, etc. No smokers or people with addictions or vices. A personal interview will be conducted; good references are preferred. The price includes utilities and Wi-Fi. I can send photos privately if you'd like.
