Description
I rent a comfortable room with a large storage bed inside. It is bright with a window and an outside clothesline. It is quiet, with a rectangular white wardrobe included, and has wooden parquet floors. The apartment is cozy, small, quiet, and clean. The kitchen is furnished and equipped with Wi-Fi. Everything is centrally located, with supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stops, and metro lines 5 (green) and 6 (circular) (gray), Urgel and Opañel stations. The room price is 450 euros per month, payable in advance (bills included), plus a 1-month deposit (250 euros), which is due upon leaving the room as is. For a single person, responsible, hardworking, and with a stable job (students without a permanent job are not accepted unless they can afford the payment, nor are couples, nor are meetings in the room).
