We are looking for a respectful, tidy, and clean roommate.
The price is for a minimum stay of 4 months. To move in from now.
The price of the room is €430, expenses not included in the rent.
Once a week, an external person will come to clean the common areas such as the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and oven. We also have a communal roof terrace where we can hang clothes outside.
Central registration is not possible.
Couples are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
A month's deposit is required.
The room has lots of natural light.

The atmosphere is very quiet, young, hard-working guys.
You will only share the apartment with 2 other guys.
