It is furnished with a bed, a nightstand, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a mirror, a shelf, and an extendable table and chair. All of them are practically brand new. The bathroom is shared with another room. The living room opens onto the terrace (with a table and chairs) and is very sunny. The kitchen has everything you need and a gallery with the washing machine and clothesline. A lady cleans the kitchen and bathrooms every month. There is a concierge in the building. You would share the apartment with three female students and/or workers. The area is good; as you can see on the map, it is central enough but also quiet and with wide streets.
