Hello, I'm Pablo. Nice to meet you! Near the apartment there is everything, metro, supermarkets, gyms, parks. And it is perfectly connected, metro line 7 and direct buses to Callao, Moncloa and the Complutense University. The room has a 1.50 bed, wardrobe, desk and nightstand. I can remove any furniture and you can put whatever you want, there is no problem with that. The apartment has 3 bedrooms but you will only live with me and my two cats, Denna and Murphy. You will never find the house with cat hair or a bad smell since I clean a lot to avoid it. The kitchen is fully equipped and has recently changed appliances. The apartment also has a small terrace where the washing machine, boiler and some cleaning supplies are. I am looking for a calm, clean and tidy person. I also don't mind if you are a student or work, here you will have a quiet environment to be able to study if that is what you are looking for.
