Description
I rent a furnished room in the center, south-facing, overlooking the street and very bright. With a 135 cm box spring bed, with viscoelastic mattress and pillow, wardrobe, a bedside table with lamp, a study table with chair, a small refrigerator, an induction hob for heating food, shelves, television and decoration. The common areas of the house are furnished and with all the necessary accessories. The house has two elevators, central heating and hot water, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It is close to universities, train and bus stations, tram, city buses, town hall, hospital and all city services. Price for individual use for one person for one year or the full course is 370 euros plus community fees and other expenses (electricity, water, ...) If you want it for two people, ask me for the price. I ask for a deposit. The community and the house have rules that the tenant must follow.
