Description
We are three students (18-21 years old) looking for a roommate starting in April. The apartment is very well located if you're studying in the Diagonal area and has good transport links (Line 3, Line 5, and Sants are just 2 stops away). We're looking for someone respectful, clean, and eager to integrate into the apartment's friendly atmosphere. We prefer a female student between 18 and 21 years old, but a male student is also welcome if he fits the profile. Students must be of a similar age. The apartment has four bedrooms, one bathroom and one bathroom (both are being renovated and will be complete with showers), a balcony, and a laundry room. The price is €350/month, utilities included, plus a two-month deposit and a €360 administration fee. Contact via WhatsApp only.
