Small room with a 100x190cm bed with a nice view of the Sagrada Familia, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, and large mirror. I'm looking for a mature, quiet, and clean guy. Non-smoker. Your share of the rent would be €380 per month, and the shared expenses (which you pay every 2 months) are approximately €50-60 per month (electricity, water, gas, wifi, cleaning products, toilet paper, etc.)
