I'm looking for a mature, quiet, non-smoking guy who knows how to clean! Minimum stay 7 months! Your share of the rent would be €400 each month, and shared expenses are paid every 2 months and are approximately €110-€140 (electricity, water, gas, wifi, cleaning products, toilet paper, etc.).
