UNIVERSITAT Metro (metro lines 1 and 2) Ready to move in? Room for rent with an interior window in a 4-bedroom shared apartment. The room has a 90cm bed, a desk, and a two-door wardrobe. Minimum stay: 6 months (until the end of February), extendable. The price is €420, including bills (water, electricity, high-speed internet). A refundable deposit of €420 is required. Two women between the ages of 26 and 38 live in the apartment. We are looking for someone who has demonstrable work or study schedules outside the home (employment contract, academic certificate, etc.).
