Hello, the LARGE ROOM WITH PRIVATE TERRACE is for rent, available from July 1st. It is in a very good area, close to supermarkets: Mercadona, Aldi, and the Hospital Clinic or Entença metro stations. Buses (D40, H8, 27, 59) are a 10-minute walk from SANTS STATION. The LARGE room has a PRIVATE TERRACE FACING LONDRES STREET. It includes a double bed, wardrobe, desk, sofa, and TV. We also have another terrace to share with the laundry area. We are looking for a working woman (no teleworking). Couples are not allowed; the room is for one person only. We are looking for a long-term stay, at least a year. We love a good atmosphere, creating harmony, and respecting others through cleanliness, order, and silence. Noise or cooking is allowed after 11 p.m. for the convenience of rest and respect for our neighbors. Pets are not allowed. Utilities not included (approximately €50 per month).
