You can try it without obligation too, but every 30 days you have to pay the fee and it would only be rented to those who want to stay there for a minimum of 6 months or without limit if you wish.
The couple you are going to live with are between 20 and 30 years old and we are very friendly and familiar, we are not stupid either, so whoever tries to scam us will fail.
