Description
(GIRLS ONLY) We are renting a single room (Montmeló) with access to a kitchen, in a 115 m² apartment, to a non-smoking female student, or a civil servant or police officer (both currently applying for a permanent position), who is responsible and sociable. The room would be shared with a family of three and a very affectionate, quiet, and respectful dog (Bichon Maltese). The room opens onto a sunny balcony and receives plenty of natural light throughout the day; it is very quiet. It has central gas heating and air conditioning. The apartment has a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere and is located approximately 350 meters from the RENFE train station (lines R2 and R8). It takes 25 minutes to reach the Passeig de Gràcia station (RENFE R2) and about 18 minutes to reach the UAB station (Cerdanyola / RENFE R8). The price of the room is €350, plus shared water, electricity, and gas expenses. We require one month's deposit.
