Description
We rent a single room (Montmeló) with kitchen access, in a 115 m² apartment, to a non-smoking female student, or civil servant or police officer, responsible and sociable. It would be shared with a family of three and a very affectionate dog (a Bichon Maltese), quiet and respectful. The room opens onto a sunny balcony; it has plenty of light throughout the day; no noise. It has gas central heating and air conditioning. The apartment is quiet and family-friendly, and is located approximately 350 m from the RENFE train station (lines R2 and R8). It takes 25 minutes to get to Paseo de Gracia station and about 18 minutes to get to the UAB station (Cerdanyola). The room rate is €350, plus water, electricity, and gas charges, which are shared. We require a one-month deposit.
