Hi! We're a calm and responsible couple looking for someone with a similar lifestyle to share our flat in the San Blas neighborhood (Madrid).
The room is bright, exterior, and comes with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. We have our own bedroom bathroom, so you'll be partially sharing yours with sporadic family visitors.
The flat is spacious, fully furnished, and includes a living room, kitchen and balcony/terrace. Rent is €550/month, with all utilities included (water, electricity, floor heating and cooling, and wifi). A 1-month deposit is required and will be returned at the end of your stay, provided everything under your touch remains in good condition.
The place is ideal for someone who values a quiet and tidy environment, and is looking for a practical space to rest and recharge. We're looking for someone who works or studies outside and spends most of their day out.
