Hello, I'm Emma and I'm renting a room to move in at the beginning of July
You will be living with 2 girls, (25 years old and 33 years old)
We both work
We are quite independent, most of the time we are together we spend each in our room, but we also take some time to share and chat.
We like order and cleanliness, especially in the common areas.
The room for rent is small / medium in size,
It is furnished with a 90 single bed, a large wardrobe, a nightstand, a chest of drawers and the cabinet with the television (Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube ...)
It has a window that overlooks the interior patio, it lights and ventilates.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
The metro is a 3-minute walk away and there are many bus lines, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets.
The rent is €490 per month with utilities included (water, electricity, gas and internet)
