Description
Single room in a shared apartment, available from September 1st to June 30th. The apartment is located a few meters from the beach and close to Plaza Pontevedra. This room is the cheapest in the apartment as it is the smallest, but it is very comfortable and bright. In addition to the furniture seen in the photo, a desk and wardrobe can be included. The deposit is 2 months' rent to be paid between the three of you, so it's €680 per person. The price includes community fees and Wi-Fi. Smoking is allowed, as long as it is outside the bedroom window, and visitors are also allowed, as long as they are respectful and without excesses. The apartment is very spacious and bright, with two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (including an oven, microwave, large refrigerator, etc.), a washing machine, and a living-dining room ideal for sharing moments together.
