I rent a very large, bright, exterior double room in the Santiago-Judizmendi area, 5 minutes from the center of Vitoria-Gasteiz. The room has two 105 cm box spring beds with a memory foam mattress and pillow, a bedside table with a drawer, a drawer, and a bedside lamp, a study-work table with a desk lamp and ergonomic chair, two wardrobes, a laundry basket, and a TV table with decorative items. The house has central heating, hot water via electric heater, and fiber optic internet via Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, hob, and oven. The bathroom is also fully equipped. I ask for a deposit, please contact me. Price for double occupancy for 1 year: €495, plus expenses. We only rent to solvent people. We only rent for long-term stays. There are rules for living in the house and the community to follow.
