Hi, we are two girls aged 26 and 42 and we are looking for a third person to complete the apartment we live in. For us, it is an essential requirement that whoever is going to move in is clean and tidy.
The apartment is located in a penthouse (4th floor without elevator), it has a very spacious terrace, an interior area with a sink, a washing machine, a dryer and space to hang clothes in winter, a kitchen, a dining room with air conditioning and a sink.
It fits a 1.35cm or 1.50cm bed, a desk and a closet.
We live 5 minutes from the Av. Carrilet metro stop and 10 minutes from the Hospitalet train station, as well as several bus stops nearby.
Where we live there is free parking and the exit and entrance to Barcelona (south) / Hospitalet de Llobregat are 10 minutes away.
