Hello! I'm renting my room for the months of July and August, as I won't be in Valencia. It's a large room with its own fan, two large built-in wardrobes, a 1.20m bed, a desk, and a dresser. It's very bright, thanks to the two windows in the room. The house has two balconies, as well as two fully renovated bathrooms with showers. It also has a washing machine, two clothes racks, a fully equipped kitchen, and includes Wi-Fi (included in the communal fees). The rent is 360 euros, plus utilities, which are usually around 30-40 euros. The area is Blasco Ibáñez, right next to Plaza Xuquer, and a few meters from a Mercadona and Consum store.
