Hello! We have a single room for €500 (medium bed) on Mallorca Street and Calàbria Street, with a window overlooking a very large interior courtyard; it gets lots of light! The apartment is high up (a building with an elevator) and very bright, and there are four bedrooms. The room is already free and ready to move right in, with a desk and a wardrobe, as you can see in the photos. The apartment has two bathrooms, a kitchen, a hall, and a fairly large dining room with a huge window that opens onto a balcony overlooking the interior of the island, making it very quiet. The roommates are very easygoing and are looking for a responsible person, primarily a non-student, between 25 and 35 years old, a non-smoker, and without pets. When you write to us, I'd love for you to tell me what you do, what your impressions of the apartment are (we look for more or less stable accommodations), and your preferences regarding roommates and hobbies. The price does not include electricity, water, and gas, which are around €40.
