Roommates Wanted! Room for one or two people (or a couple) in Vila de Gràcia. Total price: €720. If there are two of you (or a couple), it would be divided at €360 per person. - Available for visits - Available for registration - Available for arrival on January 19th. Agreement Conditions: - Looking for nice, quiet, clean, tidy, and respectful people. - Visits from a partner, family, or friends are allowed with prior notice. - No smoking, parties, pets, or minors allowed. - Utilities (electricity, water, gas, and internet) are paid separately, divided per person, and payable at the end of each month. - Minimum stay is 2 months, maximum is 11 months (renewable). To leave, you must give at least one month's notice. - A deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required upon arrival or booking. - The deposit is returned at the end of the stay, although the proportional amount necessary to cover utility costs will be deducted.
