The costs are fixed and are €50 or more above the price. The room, despite what is shown in the photos, does not have a desk or chair. The room is bright, like the entire apartment, and has a very large built-in wardrobe, as well as its own full bathroom. The apartment has the option of renting a parking space. Looking for someone between 25 and 35 years old with a stable job. Pets and couples are not allowed. I am a nice and tidy guy looking for a roommate to also live with in the apartment.
