I rent a room (in a renovated apartment) for 4 months, from September to December (inclusive) to a single person (couples are not allowed). It is a spacious, bright room (sunshine in the mornings) where there is tranquility.
The bed is 135, includes bed linen and towels plus a duvet in winter. There is a nightstand and a lamp, as well as a wardrobe for storage (best to see photos).
All bills (internet, gas, electricity, etc.) are included in the rental price.
_ The apartment is in a quiet area, close to supermarkets, banks, subways, buses, shopping center (Islazul), also close to Las Cruces Park for those who want to do sports.
