I'm looking for a calm, communicative person with a job to share a flat. Ideally, someone who is part of the LGBTQ+ community. The flat is very bright, all rooms are exterior and have a balcony. There are two furnished rooms available, but I only rent one: you can choose the one you prefer. I work in the mornings and I really value having a relaxed atmosphere at home. Pets and couples are not allowed. No contract is made. Price: €425 + expenses.
