We rent 5 rooms in a shared apartment. High floor (11th floor), very bright, 105 m2, 2 bathrooms. The apartment is currently being renovated and will be available between mid-July and early August.
Very well connected with Metro L1, and L5 and Renfe (La Sagrera), urban and intercity buses. All kinds of services (supermarkets, gyms, etc.).
2 months deposit (when you move in you will have to deposit the 2 months deposit and pay the first month, plus €50 on account of the supplies.
Supplies (water, electricity and gas) are divided between the 5 rooms.
We have 2 double rooms, completely exterior with private balcony (€599 each). Another room also exterior, double but a little smaller than the others (€529). 2 single rooms that overlook the courtyard (€399 each). With raised bed to have more free space.
With a common space (own to the apartment) to leave bicycles and scooters, and that this is not a problem for you.
