Excellent location in the area of Atocha, just one metro stop from Sol and a 10min walk from the Atocha station. Super well communicated with the city centre and the Universidad Autonoma. In the area, there is all kinds of services: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, banks etc. The room is rented for one person, couples and pets are not allowed. We are looking for quiet and tidy people.

Ubicación excelente en la zona de Atocha, a tan solo una parada de metro de Sol y 10min andando de la estancia de Atocha. Súper bien comunicado con el centro y la Universidad Autonoma. En la zona hay todo tipo de servicios: supermercados, bares, farmacias, bancos etc. La habitación se alquila para una sola persona, no se admiten parejas ni mascotas. Se busca gente tranquila y ordenada.
Se alquilan varias habitaciones todas exteriores, gastos incluidos en Madrid. Ubicación excelente próximo al metro Puerta de Sol y la Estación de Atocha. Muy bien comunicado con la Universidad Autonoma. La zona cuenta con muchos servicios alrededor: supermercados, farmacias, bancos, bares y restaurantes. La zona es muy segura.
