There are 4 rooms in total but there are 2 large rooms left for rent - one with a private balcony: the ad price is for the one with a balcony - €510. The other is €480. Except for gas and cleaning, everything is included - internet, electricity, community fees, cleaning twice a month - gas is paid separately every 2 months, approximately €7/month and cleaning €20/month each. Can be rented to Erasmus students - 6 month renewable contract
