Hello!! We are 3 people (2 girls and a boy) between 24 and 28 years old looking for a roommate for the fourth bedroom in our little apartment in Poblenou. It's available from August 1st. The apartment is located on Rambla del Poblenou, about 5 minutes from the Poblenou metro station and about 10 minutes from the beach. It's a small apartment, without a terrace, but very cozy, bright, and with a large window in the dining room. We also have two bathrooms (one with a toilet and shower and the other with just a toilet). The room is rented furnished for €350 per month (bills included), and we ask for a deposit of €350. You also have two closets located in the guest room. This guest room is for “common use” (we use it occasionally in case a guest wants to stay overnight), but you can store more things and have your “mini dressing room.”
We are looking for someone who is calm and responsible.
