It has 4 bedrooms (one of them with ensuite bathroom) , all of them with FAN, and also 1 complete bathroom3. It is ideal to share with students and young people coming to work in Valencia. The common areas are fully integrated in a single environment. The area is very well served by public transport by having two metro stations that connect you with the various lines of the Valencia metro network in less than 3 minutes walking, and conect you with the main Universities, downtown, and beach:
