We are looking for a COMPANION. The room is single with a large window and access to a balcony that overlooks Numancia Street, bed and mattress in good condition, nightstand and light, large closet and table with a mirror, plus a shelf. It has a toilet for exclusive use and the shower is shared in the main bathroom. We are an Argentine couple, with two students aged 17 and 24. And a very quiet cat. Family atmosphere, quiet, clean and tidy.
