Situated in the corner of a main street at the Raval, the most multicultural district of Barcelona with a mix of old bars, unique quaint shops, restaurants offering a wide gastronomic diversity and many historical buildings of rich cultural worth. The apartment has 3 large bedrooms. This room is for 1 person ( overnight guests ARE NOT allowed), with a single bed, a large cupboard, a desk with a chair and book shelves. Bed linen is supplied, electric heating and a fan. It has a window which opens onto the street with plenty sunlight. Fully furnished new kitchen with washing machine, microwave and oven. Full bathroom with shower. It is on a 4th floor (real fifth) without an elevator. Bicycles are not allowed in the building, neither electric scooters. There is a carpark near by where they store bikes.
