Single room for rent in a spacious, bright, and well-maintained apartment. The apartment has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, washer and dryer), and a living-dining room with a balcony. It is located in a quiet area with good public transport connections, with supermarkets, gyms, and all kinds of services just minutes away. The room is interior-facing and currently has a sofa bed and desk (but the room will be unfurnished). The room has two built-in wardrobes. I am looking for a responsible, clean, and quiet person who values conviviality and respect for common areas. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. I live in the apartment with my dog, Nova. She is very quiet, and it seems as if she isn't even there inside the house.
