This renovated apartment features a super bright and spacious 35m2 room with direct access to the kitchen. It costs €50 in utilities, including electricity, hot water, internet, and weekly cleaning. A one-month deposit is required for the reservation, along with payment for the month in advance (September) along with a written lease and proof of payment (transfer is preferable to cash). Move-in is possible on September 1st.
