The apartment is fully furnished. It's on a high floor with unobstructed views; you can see the Agbar Tower from the room. Only two people will be staying in the apartment, along with two beautiful, friendly, and affectionate cats. We are looking for a clean, tidy, non-smoker who loves cats. Parties are not allowed in the apartment. The monthly price is €650 and includes water, electricity, gas, and internet. There is a tennis and padel club nearby if you'd like. The purple metro station is Bac de Roda or the yellow metro station is Selva de Mar. Buses V27, V29, H12, H14, N2, N11, and the tram are available.
