The room is exterior and sunny, medium-sized, fully furnished with modern and functional furniture, a 140cm bed, a desk with an ergonomic chair, wardrobes, a telephone, internet, TV, Wi-Fi, and double-glazed tilt-and-turn windows. I am looking for a male roommate, preferably over 35 years old, with a permanent job and salary, responsible, tidy, clean, respectful, non-smoker, and preferably bisexual, gay, or gay-friendly (if you are also a naturist/nudist, you have a plus!). Only people with nationality from a country in the European Schengen Area.
