Price: €500/month with bills included (electricity, internet and water, except for rate increases).
Deposit: €500 (returned upon leaving the room, with a minimum notice of 15 days).
About the room and the apartment:
•Exterior apartment with good natural light.
•Room with single bed (couples or visitors not allowed).
•One shared bathroom.
•Living room with TV and access to several streaming platforms.
•Quiet atmosphere, no parties.
•Respectful community.
Requirements:
•Permanent employment (payroll will be requested).
•No smoking.
•Pets not allowed.
•Tidy, clean and quiet person.
•No vices and with respect for coexistence.
•People with false information are not allowed.
•People without a residence permit
Important:
One of us has a daughter who stays in the apartment for a full week every 15 days.
