Room in a semi-detached house with a garden and a living room with a fireplace. The house is only available from September. It has 3 recently renovated bedrooms. Two of them cost €270/month and a third with a TV and direct access to the garden and is larger (it is very large) at €325/month. Electricity and water costs are NOT included in the monthly rent and will be shared proportionally by the tenants. The common areas are:
- Full living room with TV and fireplace
- Full kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the dishes (plates, pans, pots, cutlery, etc.)
- Second kitchen without appliances, only furniture
- Two full bathrooms (1 with a shower and the other with a bathtub)
- Private 100-square-meter garden
- A one-month deposit is required in advance and the first month's payment is due upon arrival.
- A contract is signed for the rental of the room from September to June (inclusive).
