The shared bathrooms have a standing shower, a sink, and a toilet . A cleaning service is provided for all common areas. You can also access a shared balcony through the kitchen.

The apartment is located in a tranquil residential neighborhood in the Retiro district of Madrid, known for its tree-lined streets and proximity to the iconic Retiro Park. The area is well-connected to the rest of the city through Metro stations like Conde de Casal (Line 6) and numerous bus routes.
