Hello!
There is a room available in the apartment near Paral·lel / Apolo / Blai Street. It is also close to the Paral·lel metro station.
It is a fairly spacious interior apartment, with three bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room, and a very large bathroom. The building is very quiet but close to a very dynamic neighborhood, full of small shops, bars, and tapas restaurants.
It will be shared with serious and responsible people regarding order, general cleanliness, and personal hygiene. They are non-smokers, no pets, and respectful of the roommates' peace and quiet and have good/polite communication. The rooms are individual.
It is currently shared by two hardworking men between 25 and 45 years old, who are respectful of cleanliness and the spaces of each roommate.
Price: €400, bills and Wi-Fi included.
I have attached some photos. To visit, we can meet any day in the afternoon, usually between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Some days I can adapt to the mornings.
A one-month deposit is required.
