I am renting a room starting September 1st for a student. The apartment is a 5-minute bus ride from the beach and the City of Arts and Sciences. There are buses, night buses, and a tram. The supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
You would share the apartment with me and my cat, Lua. I am currently 26 years old and I study and work, so you need to be a calm person who is focused on your studies.
The room is just as seen in the photos; it has a built-in wardrobe, a brand new bed and pillow, a desk and chair, a nightstand, and a fairly large piece of furniture to store whatever you need.
The common areas include a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, which is quite spacious and lets in lots of light, and a small balcony. The bathroom is also as seen: a bathtub, sink, and toilet. It is a small apartment but very comfortable for two people.
