Nice room for a girl. We have 3 rooms in two different locations, one on the 4th floor and the others on a 2nd floor without an elevator. The apartments are very well located, both by metro (lines 5 and 10, Casa de Campo, Campamento, and Colonia Jardín) and by bus (lines that go to Fuenlabrada, Móstoles, Alcorcón, Príncipe Pío, etc.). The area where the apartments are located is super quiet, just a few meters from Casa de Campo, the largest green area in Madrid, where both the Amusement Park and the Zoo are located. The advertised price is for one person with a job and a salary. For students whose contract is less than a year old, the price is €450/month with a minimum stay of 6 months. The person must be responsible, very organized, clean, and careful. Electricity, water, and internet costs are shared among all those sharing the apartment. Electricity is paid monthly, and water is paid every two months (approximately €30). Internet is €10 per month.
