Nice room for a girl. We have 3 rooms in two different locations, one on the 4th floor and the others on a 2nd floor without an elevator. The apartments are very well located, both by metro (lines 5 and 10, Casa de Campo, Campamento and Colonia Jardín), and by bus (lines that go to Fuenlabrada, Móstoles, Alcorcón, Príncipe Pío, etc.). Two of the rooms have a 90 cm bed, a fairly large 3-door wardrobe, and another has a 1.35 cm bed that can only be occupied by one person. The common areas are the kitchen and the bathroom. The electricity, water and internet costs are prorated among all the people sharing the apartment. Electricity is paid monthly and water every two months (approximately €30). Internet is €10 per month. The advertised price is for one person with a job and a salary. For students whose contract is less than a year old, the price is €450.00/month with a minimum stay of 6 months. We are looking for a responsible and caring person. No agencies.
