Room for a female master's student in a centrally located 3-bedroom apartment *WHATSAPP ONLY*
Next to the Fuente Nueva Campus and the city center faculties, fully equipped and furnished. Community fees included in the price, utilities (electricity, water, and internet) are the tenant's responsibility. Pets are not allowed.
The entire apartment is rented, not individual rooms. An official contract is signed with the 3 tenants until the end of the academic year (June included), and a 1-month deposit (for the Andalusian Regional Government) is required, along with a €100 deposit per person for the owner (refundable).
I am a private individual. Those interested should contact me via WhatsApp. Please be advised that male tenants, candidates for competitive examinations, international/Erasmus students, and people with no experience living together are not welcome.
