I'm looking for a ROOMMATE, I don't want it to feel like a hotel to come just to sleep, it's my home and I need to share it.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms (one of them used as an auxiliary). Fully equipped kitchen, balcony, internal patio with clothesline and a small storage room. Located near the L4-L5 Maragall metro and several buses (D50, D40, V23, V25, H6, etc.), in 15 minutes you are in the center. Residential area with several supermarkets nearby (Lidl, Aldi, Condis, Consum, among others), pharmacies, parks, gyms, everything!
The room has access to the internal patio where the clothesline is, the bed is new (it has never been used regularly, it was the "guest room"), it is a 135cm box spring, it also has a double wardrobe and nightstand.
