Hello! I'm looking for a roommate for a fantastic apartment in Ruzafa (a trendy, central area and the best in Valencia) that I just found. It has three bedrooms and would be ideal for just me. I work there, and I'm from Valencia. I'm very sociable and have been sharing for many years. One room would be free for storage and guests. The apartment has a terrace and a spacious, renovated and very cute living room and kitchen. The bathroom looks brand new. It's all modernly decorated. The bedroom opens onto a balcony, and I'm going to install a wardrobe that isn't shown in the photos. It's super bright. All bills are separate, not including community fees and a one-month deposit. I'd cover a deposit and a half because they're asking for two and the apartment is priced at €1,050. I'm looking for a clean renter with whom I can take advantage of the neighborhood we live in to have a glass of wine from time to time and share our life stories. During the week, I live a quiet life of work and the gym, but on the weekends I like to go out and enjoy myself and I travel a lot. Come on, we'll be great!
