It's neither a room nor an apartment, but rather a mini-apartment, with a bedroom with a balcony, a living room with a mini-kitchen, and a private bathroom. It shares an entrance with the main apartment. Use of the main kitchen is subject to agreement. Note! Additional gas charges apply during the winter, as per bills. There are cats, so it's best to be a cat lover. A 5-week stay is possible (with a corresponding discount on the rent). Pets are allowed depending on the animal!
