Room for rent in Barceloneta: I'm renting a cozy room in my apartment in Barceloneta, available from November for three/four months with the possibility of extension. The room is approximately 8/9 m2 with a window and a private bathroom (also with a window) overlooking a fairly spacious interior patio. The apartment, with an elevator, is located on the sixth floor of a quiet and bright building, with a shared living room and kitchenette. The apartment is in a very pleasant area, opposite the Barceloneta port and just a 3-minute walk from the beach. I live in the apartment with my five-year-old son, so I'm looking for a very quiet, discreet, and responsible person who works, doesn't smoke, and values a family-friendly and respectful environment.
