Hello, if you're looking for a room in a house near the train station (both regional and intercity), this is the one for you. The room is bright with thick walls. The living room has a wood-burning stove. You can hang your laundry in the patio. It's a friendly neighborhood with a good atmosphere. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. The owner lives in a separate annex and is available to help if needed. Cleaning is done by an external person. You will share the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom (with shower). The first month's rent plus a one-month deposit is required. Each month, there is a €50 charge for water and electricity. The room has new furniture, except for the chest of drawers. The old town and surrounding countryside are nearby. The house is 15 minutes from Girona and 25 minutes from the Costa Brava (Estartit, Pals, and Palafrugell). You'll have a pleasant stay.
