This apartment is in a wonderful location for students. The area around the apartment has numerous shops and restaurants, as well as cultural institutions like the Arco del Triunfo and the Sagrada Familia. While there’s plenty to do in the neighborhood, you’ll probably want to explore the rest of the city. Fortunately, that will be easy to do with public transportation.
Not only can you enjoy this vibrant area and its connections to the rest of the city, but you can come home to an apartment decorated with a youthful style. The apartment includes a shared dining room, kitchen and bathrooms.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Only payments: Monthly rent + expenses and refundable deposit
- You must pay the rent before the 5th day of each month.
- Utilities: water, gas, electricity and internet are 100€ per month per person.
- Deposite: 1000€
- Minimum stay: 4 month.
GUESTS POLICY:
- One guest is allowed to stay in the room a maximum period of 7 nights.
- Previous notification by email is required.
- First 2 nights are for free.
- After the 2nd night there is an extra cost of 40€ per night.
- Guests must sleep in the same bedroom as the tenant. Never in common areas.
- These rules are not applicable to July and August, when guests are not allowed to stay over.
