I am renting a room to one (1) responsible, employed young man (pay stubs will be required and a contract will be signed) starting in mid-January 2026. The apartment is spacious and very bright. We will take turns cleaning the common areas each week. Electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are included (with reasonable use). The apartment is quiet, in a well-connected area with all amenities nearby. Minimum stay is 4 months. Viewings can be arranged in early January. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. It's best to speak by phone first and, if desired, arrange a meeting.
